Motorcross photography is my hobby. My love and interest for Motocross started already
when I was young (12 years old).
My real involvement in MX started when I was living
New Zealand in the early '80's when I was doing some riding myself.
After returning back to Holland I became a mechanic for one of the top European riders in the '80's. Gerard Rond, also a Dutchman, was riding in the Grand Prix 500cc class and won Gold at the ISDE in Spain in 1985.
In 2006 and 2007 I travelled with Tony Cooksley to the Veteran World Cup who went on to become World Veteran Champion in 2007. During his championship caimpaign I took his publicity photos, some of which were used in MX magazines, on websites and in the NZ MX Calender 2008.
